• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Impersonate a property owner if you are a broker or agent
• Harvest contact information for purposes other than genuine transactions
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Post listings for properties you do not have the right to list
• Spam or harass other users

3. Property Listings

TheDrHome provides a marketplace for property listings. We do not own, manage, or inspect the properties listed. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listing details, photos, or descriptions provided by users.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or receives verified reports of fraud, without prior notice.

4. Home Services

TheDrHome facilitates connections between users and third-party home service providers. We do not directly provide plumbing, electrical, interior design, or other services. TheDrHome is not liable for the quality, timing, or outcome of services rendered by third-party providers.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your account is linked to your mobile number via OTP verification. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@thedrhome.in.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TheDrHome — including the logo, design, code, and platform text — is owned by TheDrHome and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

By posting photos or content on TheDrHome, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of the listing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TheDrHome is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of listings or services. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheDrHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of money in any property transaction or service engagement facilitated through the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
